We will NEVER share or sell any customer information to anyone - EVER.  (Other than what is necessary to process your credit card information and ship your order). 

We value your business - and try to fill your order precisely - EVERY TIME.  If your shipment should be damaged in transit, immediately send an email to service@betterbuys-r-us.com or call us at toll free at 877.657.2467 and  we will assign you a Return Authorization number (RA). We cannot accept returns without this number. 

We ship all orders in U.S.P.S  or like cardboard cartons to ensure that you receive your order in good condition.  Please note:  Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Refunds or credit will be assigned on a case-by-case basis.   Freight must be pre-paid on all authorized returns.  C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and must be received within 30 days of purchase - or 15 days of RA issuance. 

Products must be returned in original packaging with all parts, including batteries, cords, and accessories, i.e. in resalable condition.  Items that are misused or abused cannot be accepted for credit.  If these conditions are met we will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise. Postage will Not be refunded unless the error is ours.
